Liver in ABQ

Beef, chicken, whatever... My father loves it but doesn't know where he can get it. Any suggestions for good liver dishes here (bonus for a rec for ankimo)?
I seem to recall that your dad doesn't like straying too far from his hood, but FYI, the outstanding Trattoria Nostrani up in Santa Fe (I'd argue it trumps your Luca D'Italia fairly handily) usually has some sort of liver antipasto dish on the menu. The current menu sports a "pesche con flan di fegato grasso", or fois gras custard with peaches.
