Narrowed down to 2 for wedding night dinner Sage or Alize
I have narrowed down my wedding night to be held either at Sage or Alize at the Palms. I know there is a huge fan base for Sage, however, I was also hoping for the wow view of the strip, which Alize would have. If we choose Sage, the tasting menu looks great. I have not been able to find much on food quality for Alize. Any insight would be appreciated.

Ate at Alize several years ago; it does have great views and I would say overall the room is more romantic than Sage (although I really like the room at Sage very much). I thought the food at Alize was quite good, pretty traditional French, and service was terrific. One note: it's right beneath one of the nightclubs, and we noticed that you could hear the music/noise of the club in the restaurant, which takes a little bit of the elegance away from the room (Alize doesn't seem to quite fit in at the Palms...) Although I enjoyed Alize, I think Sage's food is quite a bit better; one way to get the best of both worlds might be to take your new spouse to the bar at the Mandarin Oriental for a PDD or an ADD (or both). The bar has great champagne cocktails and fabulous views......
