Here is my dining itinerary - what do you think?

Otto -- Been to the one in NY and like it. I'm going there on my arrival day and I thought I would be in the mood for pasta.
RM Seafood -- I loved him on Top Chef Masters
Sage
Raku
Julian Serrano

I will also be hitting the Bellagio Buffet for an early lunch one day -- the same day I am doing Raku late.

    An excellent list.

Otto (previously Enoteca San Marco) is one of our favorite pre-show dinner locations. Reasonably priced and portions aren't so large that you are miserable during the show.

Are you staying at City Center? If not you may want to branch out a bit and try some of the Taste of Wynn options - great deals overall, we have tried several and not been disappointed in any way. Another option that is really an excellent value and great food at Charlie Palmer''s in the Four Seasons. The "Cut of the Week" provides not only a great three course meal, but also includes unlimited wine with the first two courses for a total of $48!

You will love Raku. It was my best meal in 2009.

Were just at Otto a few weeks ago (which was still Enoteca San Marco at that point) and the pasta was very good. I recommend it. Glad to meet another Otto fan. We ate at the NYC location just this past Sunday, and as always, it was great.

We have not been to any of the other restaurants on your list, so i can't help you there. Buon appetito!
