Beacon Bar special

I want to take advantage of the 2 drink and hamburger special at the bar and am wondering if it is only available at the bar. We will be with our tween daughters-will this be an issue? If so are there any other places where we parents might be able to bring the kids and enjoy a happy hour. Ideally a place that serves some food at least for the kids.
