Blue Ridge Dairy...Buffalo Mozzarella?
I'm a huge fan of Blue Ridge Dairy's offerings at our local farmers markets...fresh mozzarella, mascarpone, and ricotta. However, today I was bullshitting on the internet at work and saw several mentions of Blue Ridge Dairy possibly producing Buffalo Mozzarella at one point or sometime in the future. See these links specifically:

Does anyone know anything about this? If they started producing their own mozzarella di bufala and I no longer had to buy the imported version I would be ecstatic.

I bought some of Blue Ridge Dairy's mozzarella this summer at the farmer's market in Penn Quarter. When I inquired about buffalo mozzarella they mentioned they had several water buffalo but they weren't producing milk yet. I hope they are successful, their cheeses are all amazing.
