Breakfast with View of Strip?

Is there some place where we could have breakfast/brunch--buffet or not--with a view of the strip? Any suggestions will be very much appreciated! Thanks!

One that pops to mind as a maybe... MOzen Bistro at Mandarin Oriental. I've heard from several sources that it's one of the very best breakfasts in town, but I have little news about the view except that the restaurant is on the third floor of the hotel, and looks out upon the CityCenter complex. Kayoshi's recommendation of Mon Ami Gabi is certainly spot-on, especially if the weather is nice enough to warrant a patio table.

simon at the palms might work; i believe that the view is back toward the strip, and i know that they do breakfast.

Mon Ami Gabi in Paris has a nice view since it is across from the Bellagio fountains. Dal Toro Cafe, Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro (weekend brunch), First Food and Bar (Sunday brunch) are at the Palazzo and have views of the Strip.
