Sunday night Prix Fixe in LV

My wife and I are coming to LV in October arriving on a Sunday. We're staying at TheHotel and I'm looking for some options for Prix Fixe similar to the now defunct Sunday Suppers at Charlie Palmer. It looks like many of the better restaurants are closed on Sundays. Any new options? TIA

  1. According to the Mandalay Bay website, Aureole (Charlie Palmer restaurant) is open daily and they have a $65 prix fix on the Mandalay Bay website. Michael Mina's Stripsteak, is also open daily has a $55 prix fixe. You can check for other signature restaurants you may be interested in at http://www.mandalaybay.com/dinin/Stri...

    Also, restaurant.com lists Mandalay Bay Signature restaurants and frequently runs promotions where you get a $25 certificate for $2 or $5 when you enter a promo code that you can get from couponcabin.com. The restaurant.com website stated Aureole would accept the dining certificates on prix fixe menus more than $45.

    Hope this helps. I really enjoyed my dinner at Aureole. They have wine angels and a 5 story wine tower.

      Maybe this is a newbie question, but can you use more than one restaurant.com certificate at the same time? I'm planning on a group of 4 and would like to use more than one at Aureole.

        Restaurant.com is offering a one day special (90% off). It is only good today, the 30th of September. The code at chedkout is WOW.

Not sure if you are coming in on this particular Sunday or not (October 3rd), but if so there is a one-night revival of Sunday Supper for a good cause - it is $100, with proceeds going to "Family and Child Treatment of Southern Nevada" (FACT). We have not seen the specific wine pairings listed, but here is the menu -
