Favorite healthy meal after overindulging over the weekend? Need to combat 2 pasta dinners in a row! thx.

I like all kinds of vegetables. Was thinking black beans and sweet potatoes, or lentils or pho.

Just curious to hear whatever you like to eat to get back in balance after overdoing it.

  1. I think the best way is to just eat normally -- i.e., what you normally would eat if you did not "overindulge".

        1. There's a green smoothie thread someplace on here -- that's usually my "cure" for overindulgence. Big spinach salad? Black-bean-stuffed acorn squash?

          1. There's a great vegetarian tortilla soup recipe on Epi that is full of flavor and vegetables.
