I have just discovered these lovely flakes - Yeh, Gluten free!
So other than cooking for breakfast what else can I use them for??
Oatmeal and Quinoa flake cookies???

I've used barley flakes anyplace that oatmeal was called for. I bet quinoa flakes would work as well.

also, as corneygirl said, use them anywhere you'd use oats - pancakes, muffins or quick breads, oatcakes..and in savory recipes as a binder for meatloaf, or a crust/breading for chicken, fish or vegetables. they also make a great thickener for long-cooking soups, stews & casseroles.
