Do you prep them ? I've had them in cuchifrito (with pigs ears and morcilla ) years ago and really enjoyed them .Any recipes would be appreciated and the sidesn Thanks
Found this recipe, sorry, never have gotten to try it : (
1 pig stomach (maw)
2 lbs sausage meat
4 quarts diced potatoes
1 small onion
1 teaspoon salt
Total Time: 3 hrs
1 Mix and put into a cleaned pig stomach.
2 Close with needle and thread.
3 Place in baking pan. Add 1 or 2 quarts of water.
4 Bake at 350 for 3 hours.
Less meat and potatoes could be use, and your favorite bread filling added to one end of maw.
