XLB in East Bay?

Saw the recently revived thread on XLB in Chinatown SF and thought I'd ask here if there is an east bay favorite for Xiaolongbao (in Oakland or nearby)?

When I lived in the city I'd get out to Shanghai Dumpling King on occasion, especially when the Balboa Cinema was a special place. I don't expect anything that good, but I'd like to find something decent in the East Bay.

Had them at Daimo and China Village a couple months ago, I liked the ones at Daimo more.

One would think that Shanghai Restaurant in Oakland would fill the bill but here is a recent report.
"Their XLB have unfortunately gone downhill - I'll try them every now and again, just to see if they've improved - flavor's good, but the last few years they've been generally deflated and not so juicy."
