Saturday Market

Going to Saturday market tomorrow Where should we eat and drink? I live in Sandy,don't get out much.

    What do you mean: Portland Farmers' Market Saturday AM at PSU? Or the hippie craft fair called Portland Saturday Market at Waterfront Park in Old Town?
    At PFM there are many great places to eat. At the latter, it's all bad.

      I went to the Saturday market at PSU a couple weeks back with my wife. I stood in line for about 30 minutes for some Pine State Biscuits and I can tell you that it was worth every second. I had never eaten at Pine State before so I went for the famous "Reggie Delux"...a biscuit with fried chicken, bacon, cheese, gravy, and an egg.

      My wife had a breakfast burrito from a place but I can't remember the name...she liked it.

      There are lots of bakeries represented at the PSU market and I don't think you can go wrong with any of them for good bread or pastries.
