Do you think it finally sank in that Charleston prices don't work in other areas.

I almost made that comment earlier but stopped myself....the prices were way too high even though the food was pretty good. Either the rent is very expensive or the Maverick group priced themselves out of the market.

I thought their prices were a little better than Frank's and the food a little more innovative. We ate there twice in January and twice in June and enjoyed everything. The scallops were killer and the charcuterie plate was a great value. But I guess the price point is pointless now. RIP High Hammock.
