Bad Albert's in Ballard does a surprisingly good job and at a refreshingly low price. No ostentation, no pretension, just food and drink.

If you try it ask them to bring back the Bisquits and Crab Gravy.

I have not tried it yet... Gabriel's Fire in N Seattle will make a smoked prime rib on special order. You have to buy a whole one.
His pork ribs are so very good, I'm waiting for an occasion to get the prime rib.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; the Wedgwood Broiler servers it. I can't vouch for the quality of it though.

Jak's has it on Monday's - although maybe not in Issaquah. You could call and ask.

Bis on Main, but it too is not inexpensive.
21 Central Steakhouse. Again, pricey but oh so good.
