Can't miss foods at Amada during RW?

We snagged reservations at Amada for Monday and plan to do the prix-fixe RW menu. It seems as if many of their regular tapas items are on the RW menu. What are the ones we must have (or should miss)?

Good snag! So many great choices. We have enjoyed the Warm Bean Salad, the Short Rib Flatbread, Ham and White Bean Soup and Mushroom and Truffle Flatbread to mention just a few. You may want to be careful with the Cheese Plates as we have found them to be nothing very special with very small portions even for a tasting item.
