I am looking for the best/most diverse selection of ciders in Dallas or Fort Worth. I just recently got the Draft magazine and was curious about the six ciders they had an article on.

Actually my plan is to brew some hard cider this winter. The trick is finding a decent price on organic cider. Of all places Sams had a great deal on it last year. I hope they have it again. the process to make a hard cider is actually much easier than that of beer making.

My wife isn't going to allow buckets/containers of fermenting cider in the fridge or anywhere else in the house for that matter.

Ah that would be why you have a fridge in the garage :-)
