Asian version of Insalato di Riso?
Had Italian rice salad for the first time and thought it was simple and delicious. It had tomatoes, tuna, chunks of fresh mozzarella, rice al dente and some other veggies. Thought I could make an Asian version of it... any ideas?
Here is what I am thinking:
Chopped chinese green (picked up some tat soi for the first time - would this be good? Maybe fresh?)
Slightly salted cucumber
Deep fried onions
Fish sauce + lemon juice + salt + pepper + broth?
