ISO Baby shower lunch in Pasadena/Arcadia/Monrovia
I am in charge of organizing my sister's baby shower and I need a nice, relaxing place we can have lunch on a Saturday. Outdoor seating would be best but isn't mandatory. I'd also prefer something American or Italian - but doesn't have to be. It can't be too pricey $10-$15pp and preferably not extremely busy. Any suggestions?

Both these recs are in Old Town Monrovia:
Cafe Massilia-small French place that definitely falls within your budget
Peach Cafe-more known for brunch and it has some outdoor seating.
Both these places take reservations and I don't know the size of your party so it would probably be best to call ahead to make sure they can accomodate your group!

Both are solid suggestions, but the original poster wasn't clear on the total party size ... if it's anything over 8-10 people then Massilia will probably feel a bit cramped.
Caffe Opera (around the corner on Myrtle) might be a good bet, too, and they have a nice airy private room that can seat about 20. NB: I've had better luck with their pastas and salads than with their sandwiches.

I know it is a chain, but I went to a baby shower at Mimi's on Huntington in Monrovia a few years ago in that area that feels tented, so it kinda has a semi-outdoors feel - to the right as you enter. It was nice and they have a lot of various kinds of foods, so people can generally find something they like.
