Chris Cosentino to cook nose to tail dinner at DNA in February (High Lights Festival?)

I just got this off of Chris Cosentino's twitter feed:

"offalchris I cant wait to cook in montreal!! RT @dnaderek: Nose to Tail dinner with Chris Cosentino at DNA in February...call for your reservation now!"

And that's about that.

I reckon since it will take place in February that it might be part of the Montreal High Lights Festival. I have to say I'm pretty excited about this. Cosentino seems to be doing some very interesting stuff.

Highlight meals are generally pretty expensive. Pure speculation, but a chef of his caliber I am expecting well over $100.

Its $65 / person. 5 courses, no vegetables. I've eaten at his restaurant in SF and its amazing. This is going to be a great dinner.
