Roasted Tomato Peach Jam - summer in a jar!
Just wanted to share this recipe with everyone, it was in the Toronto Star last week and we made it on the weekend. The smell that will fill your house as it's roasting is simply amazing! We had it on baguettes, I've eaten it with crackers and cheese, and just had it on a chicken salad sandwich. The only downside is that it's better at room temp than served cold out of the fridge. I definitely think it'll be a must-make at the end of every summer from now on. Enjoy!
