Lunch in Downtown Silver Spring for TOMORROW 9/9?

So I'm meeting a friend of mine for lunch tomorrow in downtown silver spring, we haven't seen each other in months and I'd really like a very good place to go for lunch. I'm looking for something that is cheap-moderately priced, fun and a little unique, but definitely more on the casual side. Finally, if it could be within walking distance of the the pedestrian area around the Majestic Theater/Boarders that'd be awesome. Thanks all!

Not sure if you'd be interested in Ethiopian, but I've heard that the weekday lunch buffet at Addis Ababa is pretty good? I haven't been myself...

Go to Cubano's, the other side of Georgia Ave. on Fidler Lane. I highly recommend sharing the bandeja (sampling platter). Order both sauces with it: the mojo and the cilantro aioli. Plenty of food for two people and it's only $19. A bodacious platter of food.
