In search of Baked Pork Chop on Rice

I can't find a good Hong Kong style Baked Pork Chop on Rice in Toronto any more. The last time I remember having a good one was years ago at a Lucullus that served real hot food in the Commerce Valley plaza, in Richmond Hill and it's not there any more.

Anyone have any recs? Made with fried rice preferred! Thanks!

Are you near Richmond Hill? Have you tried the Silver Carriage restaurant in the plaza on Bayview where Emperor Chinese restaurnat is.

I personally have not had the baked pork chop rice, but if you live or work near there I think it is worth checking out. Although the thread regarding this place, seems to give mixed reviews, I haven't been dissappointed.

Thanks, sweetie. I haven't tried Silver Carriage, but I've been meaning to. It's not too far, and anything would beat the horrible abomination that they serve at say, Richmond Court.
