Gluten Free Flours?

Hiya!

I'm curious to find a store that offers a good selection of organic gluten free flours, starches, organic yeast and such, say sorghum, coconut & quinoa flours other than just bean flours like Bob's Red Mill. Delicious yes, but I'd like to try other possibilites. This is new baking for me, so I'm willing to try a variety.

Not a store but I did a side-by-side comparison of Bob's Red Mill and King Arthur's All-Purpose Gluten Free Flours (same recipe - same day). King Arthur wins hands-down. It is more expensive, but now you can order a larger package which makes it more cost effective.

Whole Foods. I usually go to the one near Roosevelt and 65th, since that's the closest one to my house. I know that they have a good selection of gluten-free flours as well as gluten-free baked goods at that store.
