Any reviews of catering by Sage Events/Sage American Kitchen? Other seasonal caterer recommendations?

I'm planning a fall wedding in October of 2011 on the East end of Long Island and looking for a caterer who focuses on seasonal, local, farm to table cuisine. Has anyone used or been to an event by Sage? Any other recommendations for caterers who will travel to the East end?

I don't have any personal experiences w/ Sage, but The Cleaver Co. and Marcey Brownstein fit the OP's requirement. They are both fantastic, especially Marcey Brownstein. One of the best.

Have you heard any reviews about Sage? Planning a wedding next year as well, and are considering Sage Events, but can't seem to find any reviews!
