Use the search for more info on the list below, also helpful to know if you're planning not to leave a hotel/resort or are willing to taxi off site. There are quite a few non NYC choices.
-- Dock's Oyster House, oldest fish/seafood place in the city (dates to the late 1800's) and continues to impress.
-- The Knife & Fork, same owners as Dock's. Has a wider menu and leans more towards a steakhouse.
-- Wolfgang Pucks at the Borgata. Enjoyed many dinners at their tavern/bar or in the dining room (dif menus).
-- Bobby Flay's Steak at the Borgata. Yep I know, Bobby is NYC passe' but we like Bobby's twist on steak. Lobster raw bar as well.
-- Chelsea Prime, steakhouse by the Philly based Stephen Starr Organization. Nice view, cool vibe.
-- Also there's the red sauce Italian basement joint everyone raves about, but we haven't had any urge to visit.
that should get you started. Enjoy your visit.

White House Sub Shop. Sorry if it isn't all highbrow with a name chef, but you will find no better eating in AC than this wondrous sub shop. Fantastic meat, cheeses and bread, humongous sandwiches that you'll probably have half for dinner and the rest for breakfast. Get the Special, you won't be disappointed.
