Birthday Brunch- Help Please , It's Urgent
I posted on this forum a few weeks ago brunch suggestions for my husband's b'day. I decided on Park Avenue Autumn from the comments. However, I was never able to make a reservation online for a party of about10 through open table and just found out that it is indeed not possible to accommodate my group that day. I'm panicking!!!!
My options are Fig & Olive (but not sure if we can do the prix fixe menu if our party is over 8)
I also picked out Chat Noir.
Any other suggestions: A prix fixe is ideal, contemporary, american, spanish or french cuisine.
The price is $30pp without drinks or dessert.
Ideally located near central park.

I 2nd the Ocean Grill...we've done brunch there a number of times and always been pleased. Also very reasonably priced.
We were not so impressed with the Park Ave Autumn brunch almost 2 years ago which costs, as I recall, over $220.00 for just the four of us. Only one drink each, had to request coffee twice and the food was just so-so. Even their fabled pastry basket was under-whelming.
Whatever you decide have a great time.
Why don't you try Artisanal. I was just there this past Sunday brunch and there were quite a few large parties. The food is quite good and they do have a $24.07 prix fixe (as well as many a la carte choices--none more than mid $20's). I know you would prefer near Central Park, but it's not too far away either.
