Tips for Portland??
Heading up to the Rose City, staying downtown, but we'll go anywhere.
What restaurants do I NEED to hit??

If you're downtown, I would highly recommend a couple food carts on Alder - Addy's sandwiches (the duck confit and pate sandwiches are amazing) as well as Nong's Khao Man Gai. Some of my "can't miss" restaurants include Paley's Place, Pok Pok, and Voodoo Doughnuts plus maybe Le Pigeon if you don't mind a wait which is typically an hour or more. I also love Metrovino, Park Kitchen, Gruner, Beaker & Flask, and Fin. If you're into Pinot Noir I would suggest a wine bar called Oregon Wines on Broadway which is on Broadway between Alder & Washington and has 30 Pinots by the glass so you can try before you buy.
Can you bring some pizza from the Cheese Board with you?? :)
