Chipotle Ketchup Recipe - ISO your T & T

I'm a chipotle addict and LOVE chipotle ketchup. Unfortunately my fave brand is no longer available. Last year I tried canning my own by adapting a ketchup recipe. While it was good, it wasn't as good as the commercial brand I loved.

Does anyone have a recipe they could share?

Thanks chefj! Have you tried any of these recipes? If so, which would you recommend?

No I haven't. When I make Chipotle Ketchup I start with canned chipotles in adobo, a few of pan roasted garlic cloves and knob onions. Puree in the food processor with Heinz Ketchup.
Depending on the use for it I also may add, clove, allspice, lime, cilantro or tamarind.

At a grocery outlet I bought a squeeze bottle of chipotle 'sauce' from Mexico. I think it was the same stuff that comes in the cans of chipotle en adobo, but pureed. I've been using it straight, but can imagine blending it to taste with regular ketchup.
