Where do I find the best vegetarian food in Atlanta?

I´m from Sweden, new in town and looking for places where they serve great vegetarian food!

  1. Try Sunflower in south Buckhead. There's a chinese place too (Sprout... Green something...) whose name I can't quite remember.

    1. Seconding Cafe Sunflower. Also, I know a lot of people like Soul Vegetarian on North Highland, or R. Thomas.

      But honestly, most restaurants in the city have really good vegetarian options on the menu - the vegetable plate at upscale restaurants has evolved. Even the bars I go to almost always have a decent veggie burger and a couple other vegetarian plates.

      1. Miller Union on the Westside makes a fantastic seasonal vegetable plate.

        1. Not 100% vegetarian (about 99%), but Dynamic Dish is head and shoulders above anywhere else if you ask me. Get there now. Small menu, but the chef is seriously talented.
