heard a vicious rumor that cali rolls were a van invention ,tis true?

    well partly true as local folklore goes , as Tojo claims to have invented the "inside outside" roll of which the cali roll is

      edit, the folklore is not regarding if Tojo actually said vit, i saw him on tv claiming it, it is regarding the truthfullness of the claim

      further , what Tojo says is that he was the first to put rice in the outside of the roll, therefore he claims to have invented that whole style of roll

            I recall that Tojo says he invented that one too.
