Chiles en Nogada (Chilies in Walnut Sauce)?
Anywhere in the Philly area have a particularly good rendition of Chiles en Nogada (Chilies in Walnut Sauce)?
Dionicio Jimenez makes this at El Rey. He brought it over from Xochitl when he left; I don't think it's still on the menu there.
It's the only version I've ever had, and I haven't had it at El Rey, but I thought it was excellent at Xochitl. I'd wager El Rey is the only place serving it in Philly but I would love to be wrong about that.
