interesting lunch or dinner stop on the road to Penn St and back?
in hagerstown there is a decent german restaurantin state college there is cozy thai bistro, herwigs, foccia lunaotherwise forget it
That's an interesting comment from someone who claims they haven't eaten at half of the places in town I recently suggested.
been to thai, have not yet been to the other two but food looked great at Herwigs and both Herwigs and Foccia Luna consistently get good reviews, the forget it refers to the in between unless chain, fast food or truck stop is your idea of good
I understood the gist of your post. I just disagree.
We had a good lunch at Kelly's Seafood (actually in Boalsburg, a short distance from State College) recently.

isnt it Kelly Steak house with the large cow on the roof of the bldg?
Officially, it's Kelly's Steak and Seafood. And it is the one with the cow on the roof, left over from the old Boalsburg Steak House.
