Hey there,
I LOVE the beef jerky at Dickson Farmstand Meats in Chelsea market. They have a couple different flavors and it's always been delicious. Also, if you can get to the USQ greenmarket on a Friday or Smith Street in Brooklyn on a Sunday, Grazin Angus makes an incredibly well flavored jerky that I like to keep around for snacks. Really good stuff. Enjoy!
