we tried three of the small plates (entire menu is small plates I believe) - ceviche, crab ravioli, rabbit empanadas. all three were excellent, provided you can reconcile $9 an item.

The streetcar will drop you off about 2 blocks from Brigtsens's. Don't know about Marigny.
