I haven't visited this formerly excellent spot out past Buttes Chaumont since shortly after Eric Frechon turned it over to his sous chef and I don't hear much about it. Has anyone been in the last several months? Is Marc Singer still running the kitchen?
Super question. We enjoyed many superb meals at EF's old dining room. And, for no good reason, we have never tested the subsequent kitchen. Wrong on our part.
Seems to me we had this question not long ago.
I went twice post-Frechon and was pleased the first time and disappointed the second. Never been back.
