What is the dress at Au Pied De Cochon?

Do men need to wear a jacket? Should women wear a dress, or are pants okay? thanks

I recommend wearing pants or skirts with an elastic waistband--you'll want the extra room.

The plaid shirt is a must.

I think i just saw a No Reservation episode where the chefs are all eating shirt-less..in the restaurant so what's good for the goose is good for the gander, no? LOL

Been to APDC in T-shirt and shorts, nobody batted an eye. Montreal is pretty laid back dress-code wise in general

I've wore shorts (bermudas) at Au Pied de Cochon.

also, don't wear something too tight ... :-)

                LOL yes Maximilien, no kidding!

APDC is very rich and fatty, though delicious. Atkins diet's worse nemesis.

Doesn't the Atkins diet allow for liberal amounts of meat and fats?

Atkins is low carbs. Poutine or those fries in duck fat? Yuuuuummm

Good thing there are plenty of low-carb options on that menu for all you dieters :)

It's not fancy, but be prepared to eat and eat well.

You can wear whatever you want but I recommend business casual (collared shirt , polo) no blazer ; women can wear pants.

In this heat I wear nice shorts everywhere (actually I wouldnt to a couple restaurant in mtl but apdc isnt one of those).
