Anniversary Dinner - Both Worlds

Recommendations for anniversary dinner please! DH is not adventurous, but I like to try a variety of dishes. I enjoy a tasting menu - preferrably with wine tasting option. Any place the best of both worlds? Plus we have the atmosphere factor....it is a milestone anniversary and want something memorable. We are staying at the Bellagio, prefer Strip locations. We LOVE Italian, but open to all cuisines. Thanks in advance!

Why not Picasso? One of if not the nicest rooms on the Strip and off the Strip for that matter! Personally the patio is my favorite place to dine. As far as details laid out above, you can do their tasting and your DH can order off the tasting and let them know that is all he wants to eat. Picasso also has a wonderful wine list and tasting. They are VERY accomodating and the sommelier, Robert Smith, is one of, if not the best in the city.

Based on atmosphere alone that was one of our considerations, but he is hesitant of the "seasonal menu changes". I am hoping there will be something main stream enough, although he should take one for the team if need be, LOL.

        What about Prime?

Prime, Picasso and Circo (especially since you LOVE Italian) could all work ideal for your purposes, and you would not have to leave the Bellagio. The environment at each would suit your purpose well, as would the service. It may simply come down to which menu suits your taste buds best on that particular night (unless you are coming on a Friday or Saturday, when advance reservations are much more necessary).

Generally the staples remain the same, ie, Lamb, Beef, Venison, Seafood et al. He will have many quality options open to him. Drag him there as it really is a wonderful place for an anniversary! He'll thank you later.
