Tap beer selection in the South End with good food

A friend of mine is meeting me in the South End tonight for a couple of beers and a late dinner. Just wondering what places have a good beer selection on tap with food that isn't the same old pub grub. So far I can only think of Picco (but not in the mood for pizza), and Gallows (beer selection not as good and also have been here too often recently). I just wanted to develop a list of go-to places in the South End for this type of thing. Most of the time when dining in the South End I order wine so I have never paid much attention to the beer list, but my buddy is a beer guy and we both happen to be in the South End this evening. Thanks!

I believe the Franklin has Saison Dupont and a Pretty Things on draft.

Franklin, good choice, I'd add Gaslight and Coda to the list as well.

I would agree with Coda. I know you said you didn't want Picco but they are pouring some great beers right now.

Agreed about Picco - I think they have the best beer list on tap (as well as bottles) in the South End. For pizza with good beer in the South End, it's a no-brainer.

Thanks for the Coda recommendations. I'll have to check it out. Unfortunately it looks like their website is down. I've heard their mac & cheese is good. Anything else on the menu that stands out?
