I think I've gotten it at Wegman's in Ocean. You can call or search their website to check.

Try Delicious Orchards in Colts Neck.

Didn't get to DO but went to Whole Foods. They had some mae here in NJ by Applegate Farms. It's pork, it's smoked, and it's cajun seasoned. I'll let you know later this week if it fit the bill.

I've had both DO & the Applegate Farms Andouille in the last few weeks and I have to say that the DO sausage was far superior.

I've used the DO Andouille quite a bit and it really is quite good. I'm not sure, but I think I was told it comes from Aidell (???)

I wasn't impressed with the Applegate, I'll have to go to DO & try theirs.

I'm headed home to New Orleans next weekend, I'll bring back some if needed.

Monmouth meats carries a good quality andouille sausage.
