Fun dinner in brooklyn! (

phuh3 Sep 1, 2010 01:15 PM

I have a friend in town and a few of us want to grab dinner in Park slope/Ft Green/ Prospect Heights/ or Carrol Gardens. It's a small group and we are looking for something fun and original, but not terribly pricey. Food and atmosphere are the most important. We are meeting people at a bar in Park Slope later in the evening, so not too far. BYO is preferred, but not absolutely necessary.

Not sure what you define as "fun", but Kaz an Nou is definitely original, inexpensive and BYO (no corkage). It is Guadalupan/French and everything on its small menu is very tasty. It's on the edge of Prospect Height very close to Park Slope north.

Too bad i didn't see this in time, Kaz an Nou looks perfect and just what I wanted. I'll definitely have to hit it up soon. We ended up at Bogata which is fund and different, so we had a great time.

      Thanks for your suggestion!
