I'm searching for an ingredient to make a Moroccan pastry called a Pastilla. Does anyone know where Feuilles de Brick (also known as warka dough) is available in Edmonton?
When I was in Morocco, the housekeeper/expert cook at one of the places I stayed at suggested using filo/phyllo dough. (In case you can't find the dough you're looking for.)
I'm looking for it here in Calgary too, no luck yet, we may have to use filo pastry instead
