Not the kind where you masquerade food as something else, but teach kids that food (and cooking) can be great.
The Supper Lady from England was a good one (she even has a sequel, I believe).
Hi Westy! I love EAT UP from Mark Hix. Got it as a gift when I was living in the UK. Not sure if it sells in the US. Wonderful book with recipes for babies,toddlers and older kids that are great for adults too!
