Rte. 17N bet. 80W and NY Thruway

Any recommendations for a quick meal on Rt. 17 bet. 80W and NY Thruway?

I know you're heading West on 80, otherwise you would be taking 287 to the Thruway...

Someone already mentioned the Garden State Plaza and a chain resto, but in the same mall is Napa Valley Grille, an excellent and reasonable lunch menu.

Oceano's is just off 4 west, 1/4 mile from 17. Very good.

It needs a U Turn on 17, But Bistro 55 is a good choice as well.

Further north, there's a good pub-style lunch at Brady's at the Station, Ramsey. Just a 1/2 mile off the Lake St exit.

Assuming you are coming from Western New Jersey.....The Royal Warsaw in Elmwood Park, on River Road is just a minute off Route 80.....easy off and back onto Route 80

If you are in the mood for pizza, both Lodi Pizza and Pizzatown are easy detours on Route 46.

You might consider Legal Sea Food in Paramus.

Kinchley's in Ramsey is close to Rt. 17. Good thin crust pizza.
Sonny & Tony's in Mahwah ( about 1/2 mile off Rt. 17) has great pasta fagiola and escarole & bean soups.
The rest is all chains and diners.
