This past weekend I was at Iris and the bartender mentioned a beer dinner coming up soon that sounded very unique. Its October 25th starting at 6pm and for $50 you get a four course meal featuring Lightning Brewery. I don't know Lightning Brewery too well but I'm interested in this dinner since they are one of our local beer makers. Not to mention the pairing sound awesome. If I remember correctly the bartender mentioned a maine lobster and scallop cake that will be paired with the Lightning Pilsner (the beer I had at the bar). I don't remember the rest of the courses but that one caught my attention. I'm sure if you gave them a call they could tell you what else they were offering that night, or just stop by. Cheers!

Don't forget Stone. While you can always have a beer dinner there, they do have "special pairing" events regularly.

Wine Vault and Bistro has them once in a while. Get on their email list for weekly updates.

Went to beer dinner #2 and the food was some of the best I've had at Wine Vault. Beer pairings were interesting (I bought a couple) but with those complex Belgian triples it almost becomes like pairing desserty wines more than classic beers. Not bad, just different.
