Where can I find Dragon fruit in DC area?

Hi, I recently moved to Central Virginia from Houston. Last year I tried Dragon fruit for the first time and loved it! Pretty easy to find in Chinatown Houston. Now that I live in Virginia, it's a little harder to find. My mom told me they are in season this time of year. Hoping someone out there knows where in the DC/Baltimore area I could find them. Thanks!

  1. Dragon fruit are in season now. AllGreen in Glen Burnie have beautiful ripe ones. I believe any Asian supermarket would have them now. Enjoy!

Thanks for all the tips and info. The family and I are headed to the National Zoo so we're gonna hit some of the Asian supermarkets in Falls Church on our way back.

    2. I saw some yesterday at the Grand Mart (Seoul Plaza). Their address is 6901 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, MD 21244.

There is a Grand Mart in VA as well, in Centreville.

      1. I haven't been there in a while, but the Lotte store in Fairfax used to carry it.

        1. H Mart in Gaithersburg has it on occassion.

          1. Dominion Barber on Old Dominion Drive in McLean is staffed by primarily by Asians. On either Saturdays or Sundays, a salesman comes into the parking lot around noon and the driver sells Asian fruits out of his car. I've bought dragon fruit there. Call Dominion Barber if you want to confirm what day this takes place.
