There seems to be a whole lot of people starting mobile cupcake businesses these days. Can't say I know of any popular ones in the Greater Boston area. Are there any you know of?

There is Sweet on Newbury. I was there in August with a friend, we both got red velvet (they have reg and mini; we got reg). She thought it was good, I thought it was dry, we both agreed the frosting was too sugery for a red velvet and should have been more butter-cream-cheesey. Would love to hear we had an off day.

There was one at the SOWA Open Market this past Sunday - The Cupcakory. I had just had a huge brunch, and it was 1000 degrees, so I didn't try anything. Next time...
