Celebrity restaurants on cruise ships -- (Nobu, et al.) -- has anyone tried?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried the 'celebrity' restaurants on various cruise lines --
Nobu or Piero Selvaggio's restaurants on Crystal Cruises, Todd English on the Queen Mary 2 from Cunard Line? If so, I am curious to know what you thought...
