Disgraceland - Eggs Benny DISAPOINTMENT?

I moved into a new Neighborhood (Bloor and Landsdowne) and was craving eggs benny yesterday. Nothing fancy, just expecting some poached eggs and hollandaise sauce on whatever meats, fish or bread was being served. Starving artist - packed, Bloordale Pantry - packed (we didn't feel like waiting).
We continued East on Bloor and decided to give Disgraceland a try. They're brunch menu had paoched eggs and hollandiase sauce on half the menu so I got excited. We ordered the Heart Attack Benny - poached eggs, hollandaise, bacon, pemeal, cheese on a fried tomatoe and the Hangover Helper - Fries, gravy, curds with 2 poached eggs and hollandiase.

All of our eggs came hard paoched and the hollandaise was barely noticeable on both dishes. I wasn't expecting the meal to blow me away, but considering we were the only table waiting for food i expceted the paoched eggs not to be over cooked. There is nothing that ruins and eggs benny for me more than overcooked eggs.

Overcooked poached eggs happens to me quite a bit. Is it unreasonable to expect the yolks to be runny? Has onyone sent back a benny?

Any suggestions for eggs benny in my neighborhood?

Thanks

Wow, I would have thought the name alone would have tipped you off not to eat there;)

My favourite place in the hood is Yasi's Place. Its small, and only known by people in the neighbourhood, so lineups aren't too bad. It's on Wallace, west of Lansdowne and west of the Black Tower lofts.

It definitely has a homey menu and feel, but I will always go there before Bloordale Pantry and Starving Artist.
