I coming from abroad to visit my beloved Texas as a holiday. I went to school in Austin for a year and a half before transferring ten years ago. Now I am visiting with my husband and baby. I will stay a night. What places do you recommend me to go in two days?

Could you give us a better idea of the kind of food your interested in (high end, low-priced, what type of food, etc)? I've seen babies at Uchi and at Parkside, two of my favorite restaurants in town (and both higher end). As long as the babies are quiet, I don't have a problem with them being there (and both were asleep). You may also want to think about Odd Duck Farm to Trailer on South Lamar. It's a food trailer and you eat outside, so quiet baby isn't so important. Plus, you can bring your own wine which is nice. Enjoy your visit!
