Organic restaurants (or those with humanely grown food)

I have been looking for restaurants with high quality organic or natural food and have not found very many. I really like Pizza Fusion in North Miami Beach (it's in a good area near the college) because its pizzas are tasty and the prices are reasonable. They have half price wines on Sunday and the space is spacious, clean, and pretty sleek.

I also like Escopazzo for organic Italian food because its foods are tasty and top notch, but the prices are a bit too steep.

I know that Chipotle has hormone free meat and like that for fast food, but would appreciate any restaurant ideas anyone has.

Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, and at a lower price point, Sakaya Kitchen and Chow Down Grill, are a few places that immediately occur to me as having great food and paying attention to the sourcing of their ingredients.

While we are quite a bit behind the curve here, I suspect, based on the evolving/emerging farmer's market winter scene, that this will improve more soon.

Sublime in Fort Lauderdale on US1 near Oakland Park is very good upscale mostly (all?) vegan food. Beautiful setting too. I haven't been there in a long time but when I did go it was very good.

Market 17, new in Fort Lauderdale....haven't been there yet, but organic, farm fresh, and great reviews.
